Workflow Coordinator


This position is to providing clerical administrative support.

Answers incoming business phone calls, facilitates outgoing phone calls, coordinate faxes to and from the reading room.

Daily maintenance, Data entry and supply ordering.

Communication with the front desk and rest of the hospital staff. Greeting and assisting visiting physicians.

Acts as liaison between the physicians, technologists, and radiologists, and could direct technologists to the next available or most appropriate radiologist.

Monitor the requisition piles, to make sure work is distributed to all available radiologists and is not stacking up. Including tracking multiply worklist different types of procedures (CT, US, MR, flouro, etc) performed at multiple sites throughout the day in an efficient manner.

Must be able to multitask and function independently.

Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Working condition: Inside office setting. Dimly lit office space.

Job type: Full time

Schedule: Monday -Friday 9am-530pm (can be flexible if needed)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Hospital/Medical office: 1 year Required.
  • Customer services: at least one year.

Work Location: One location ( Presbyterian Medical Center, Charlotte)
