Job Description

Location: St. Louis, MO, United States

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Plan and prepare production schedules and work orders
• Analyze production specifications and capacity data to coordinate meeting customer orders and implementing forecasting and analytical tools
• Raw material release
• Customer claims
• Monthly fuel surcharge, and Inventory KPI measurements
• Effective interaction with all personnel at the facility and the ability to work through complex situations.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within our company; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experienced in Microsoft Office
• Basic accounting skills
• High School graduate or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Understanding and experience with ERP driven MRP programs
• Commitment to self-improvement, cost reduction, product quality, and customer service
• 4-year college degree in related field
• Strong computer skills with multiple software platforms
