Part-Time Executive Assistant
Location: Atlanta, GA (Chattahoochee Industrial area) (60-70% on-site, with remote flexibility)
Schedule: Part-time, 15-20 hours/week (ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9 AM - 3 PM in-office)
Compensation: $35- $40 per hour

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a premier custom furniture firm with over 20 years of experience crafting sophisticated wood and metal pieces for residential and commercial spaces. Our client is a thriving small business and this role plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly, requiring a polished, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Operational Support: Provide general assistance with daily business operations and business development initiatives.
Schedule Management: Responsible for managing and maintaining the Director's schedules, appointments, and general communications.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate all aspects of meetings, including ordering catering, developing agendas, inviting participants, and checking room accommodations.
Event Planning: Plan and facilitate internal and external events for employees, customers, and executives (e.g., social activities, marketing events, and client meetings).
Facilities Administration: Manage office requests, coordinate workspace and office equipment needs, and maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
Errand Running: Handle a variety of errands related to the office, specific projects, and the overall furniture line.
Vendor & Staff Coordination: Provide support in coordinating various internal and external projects with outside vendors and internal staff.
Marketing Assistance: Support marketing endeavors related to the production of marketing materials and literature.
Communication: Effectively communicate with current and prospective clients, employees, vendors, and strategic partners, serving as a professional representative of the firm.
New Hire Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, coordinating supplies, working with IT for space and equipment setup, and managing onboarding paperwork. May also assist in the recruiting process.
Project Management: Ability to function in a team environment, as well as work and manage projects independently from start to finish.
Adaptability: Adapt to evolving priorities and consistently meet deadlines under pressure.
5+ years of experience in an administrative-related field, preferably supporting executive-level management.
Proven service experience and an understanding of high-end products or luxury goods is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet critical deadlines, and maintain flexibility.
Can work effectively and collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners.
Demonstrated in-depth problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, open, and collaborative environment.
