Logistics Account Manager

A fast-growing logistics company in the McDonough area is expanding its Account Management team due to continued sales growth. This is a high-impact opportunity for a recent college graduate who wants real responsibility, direct client exposure, and long-term career growth within a stable, growing business.
This is not a passive, entry-level role. You will manage significant client accounts and serve as the bridge between customers and internal operations — ensuring products move seamlessly from inbound to outbound.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Create and track shipments in Seller Central
- Enter and manage records in Salesforce and internal systems
- Build detailed prep sheets for labeling, bundling, and kitting
- Partner closely with the warehouse/operations team to solve issues quickly
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and Slack to ensure smooth execution
This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
