Client Service Specialist – High Ground Company – Retained Search
Location: Atlanta (near Sandy Springs)
Hybrid Work Schedule: M, T, W, F 8:30am-5:00pm in the office near Sandy Springs, Thursdays from your home office
We are excited to partner with our client, High Ground Company, to assist in a search for a new Client Service Specialist to join their wonderful team. High Ground is a niche insurance company that provides customized solutions for their high net worth clients. If you have a financial services background and love being the behind-the-scenes player providing invaluable support to clients, advisors, and your team, this could be the perfect role for you.
This position is a hybrid role where you will work four days per week in our client’s office in Sandy Springs and on Thursdays you can work from your home office each week.
High Ground is unique in their industry in that they have ongoing, proactive interaction with their clients. As the Client Service Specialist, your goal is to provide exceptional level service and support, drive client satisfaction, and help the company achieve its financial objectives. Therefore, they are looking for a new team member who can operate at the highest level of protocol, providing professional communications with excellent grammar and punctuation. There are a lot of moving pieces and you will wear many hats. So this role requires a self-starter who is disciplined in managing time and your workload.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include:
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Compensation: Base salary of $60-70,000 depending on experience, bonus opportunity, health and dental insurance (100% of employee-only premiums paid by employer), PTO, holiday pay, and professional development opportunities.
