About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP ERP Analyst with expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a senior team member with deep institutional knowledge who will be retiring next year. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial planning, forecasting, and dashboard development skills while learning company-specific processes to ensure a seamless transition.

What Your Day Will Look Like

Partner with finance, planning, and forecasting teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and forecasting models within SAP Analytics Cloud.
Support financial planning cycles including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Translate business needs into system solutions and enhancements in SAC.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales planning and marketing, to expand SAC utilization.
Assist with SQL-based queries and data validation to ensure reporting accuracy.
Participate in system testing, user training, and continuous process improvements.
Learn from and collaborate with the current senior analyst to transition knowledge of both legacy systems and SAC processes.
Ensure ongoing support and issue resolution for financial planning applications.
Apply Agile methodology in project management and solution delivery.

What We’re Looking For

7–10 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, and ERP systems.
Proven expertise with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC); experience implementing dashboards and reporting solutions.
Strong understanding of financial planning processes and forecasting methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Experience working in Agile environments a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with finance leaders and business teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
