Job Description
This role is responsible for the MuleSoft Center for Enablement (C4E) operations, tracking key metrics, stakeholder communications and training planning, coordination and facilitation. The Senior Solutions Engineer Supports development and execution of cloud implementation strategy within organization's existing IT infrastructure. The Senior Cloud Solutions Engineer work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
May work with stakeholders across organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify appropriate solutions. Collaborates with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud based products/services, applications and solutions. Drives the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluates its performance and implements enhancements. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Responsibilities:

• Establish communication templates & mediums
• Capture questions, feedback, asset requests from mission area teams
• Work with the C4E lead to help with the federated C4E structure and setup, C4E program operating model and Governance, C4E program decisions/ approvals/ financials, C4E staffing / consulting team setup, C4E staffing funding model w/ mission areas, project intake process, etc
• Collaborate with the API and Domain Architects to promote the C4E vision, processes, best practices, guidelines and technical assets .
• Feedback Loop to collaborate and improve process/ assets
• Self-serve asset consumption and contribution process mobilization
• Platform new features releases/ roadmap communications
• Promote API practice and culture: announcements, BrownBags, API events, hackathons
• API marketing for high value reusable APls
• Platform licenses capacity planning, sizing and renewals
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5 or more years of experience designing, developing, and testing of software applications and/or infrastructure
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's Degree in a Technical Field
• PMP or PMI certification
• MuleSoft certifications, ideally MuleSoft certified platform architect
• Experience working with GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, Maven or similar technologies
