Creative recruiting agency is looking for a top-notch Product Designer!

We work with some of the largest companies in the United States, including ad agencies and marketing firms, industry-leading tech companies, and in-house creative teams with globally recognized brands.

Some of the positions we staff for are: Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, Visual Designer, UX Researcher, Product Manager, and more

To successfully work with our clients, you will need:

- A well-established portfolio showing your skills and range
- Proficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator InDesign, etc.)
- Ability to create interaction flows and design information architecture
- Experience leading discovery efforts and user testing
- Exceptional command of UX/UI Design, trends and best practices
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, demos and mockups
- Ability to spearhead brainstorming sessions and follow projects from ideation stages to execution
- Analyze user data and apply it to new design efforts
- Understanding or command of HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript
- Familiarity with tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, Axure, etc.
- Experience preparing assets and ensuring they are pixel-perfect for production
- Ability to complete a high volume of visuals under tight deadlines
- Proficiency and experience working with Mac Equipment
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and creative field
- Strong user-centric design practices and methodology
- Ability to conduct client-facing presentations, and simplify complex UX ideas for stakeholder’s understanding
- Ability to keep abreast of market and tech trends, as well as customer needs
- BS/BA degree or above in relevant work, plus 3-5 years as a Product/ UX Designer
