Job Description

An awarded innovative travel and tourism brand agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their full-time team and be responsible for developing the most creative and strategic work for and with the clients who are constantly challenged to be even more forward-thinking.

As the Account Manager, you will make things happen working with the team and other internal departments on multiple projects, while being an advisor and true partner to clients. You will work close to the Account Director and will be responsible for managing all internal processes, making sure the deliveries are made on time, within budget and the best work possible.

As the Account Manager you will:
-Overseeing each step of the process, strategy and execution, from creative briefing to campaign launch of multiple accounts and projects
-Support Account Director with workflows and multiple ongoing projects and workflows
-Strategic partner and advisor to clients as well as internal teams, ensuring both sides are working towards the best results possible
-Lead day-to-day managing clients growth, satisfaction, health and expectations
-Sustain account growth, diversification and profitability
-Use and understand data in order to provide a sharp marketing perspective, adding strategic value on both new and existing clients
-Research and understand market and industry, bringing best practices and insights to the team
-Execute internal processes and collaborate with all departments to ensure flawless execution to completion

Our ideal Account Manager will has these skills and experiences:
- 4 to 6 years of experience at creative agency or content marketing organization
-BA
-Strong client-service experience and skills
-Understanding of digital marketing including social media
-Experience in leading production teams (Radio, TVC, Digita, Print and Experiential)
-Excellent communications skills, written and verbal
-Very detail oriented
-Ability to lead effectively and inspire team
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
-Hands-on attitude
-Proactive and multi-task
-Willing to travel
