A healthcare leader is looking for an experienced Front End/Email Developer to join their team on temp basis. This role will allow you to be an active voice in the shaping of the company’s product. You will be welcomed to raise concerns, areas of improvement and new ideas for the current standing product.

The Front End Developer will help to create digital experiences to empower a broad base of healthcare professionals, patients and families. The FED is a seasoned HTML email coder, coding complex emails to the highest standards. The Front End Developer will work collaboratively with UI Designers to provide technical solutions and input on the limitations/capabilities of the code in accordance to the design. The

? Serves as SME on email development, digital online experience, innovation and knowledge of new industry coding best practices and trends
? Design, develop and implement cross-browser and cross-platform content layouts and user interfaces, such as graphics and multimedia for web applications, web pages, and web components including mobile and web devices remaining consistent with brand guidelines.
? Manage digital component library and stylesheets
? Test cross-browser, cross-platform and cross-device compatibility for all new developments
? Engage and support usability testing with marketing team, capturing metrics
? Modify existing email template designs and revise content as necessary
? Optimize applications and sites for maximum speed and scalability.
? Partner with analytics team to ensure that experiences and interfaces capture valuable data aligned with business strategy.
? Capture web-based system requirements including desired experience, operational, and usability requirements.
? Maintain and enhance UI to ensure ease of navigation and simplicity of development solutions.
? Engage and support usability testing with marketing team, capturing metrics

As a Front-End Developer you will have a background with
? Minimum of 3+ years in Front-End, UI and/or UX development
? Robust skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular.js (or React.js), Node.js Foundation (or Bootstrap
? Familiarity with C# and Polyfill.io, Visual Studio, code promotion via Git
? Proficiency working with enterprise content management systems, Sitecore and .NET preferred.
? Experience maintaining or creating component and style libraries (YAPL or similar).
? Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
? Experience/ familiarity with Git
? Ability to follow roadmaps and adapt to changes
? Exceptional communication and organizational skills
? Bachelor’s degree in computer science, graphic arts, marketing or related field
