Heritage & Company is seeking an exceptional House/Hospitality Manager to oversee luxury household operations and hospitality services across a distinguished private family's multi-residence portfolio in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The portfolio includes an impressive 13,000-square-foot residence in San Francisco and an extraordinary 1,000-acre Napa Valley estate undergoing significant development.

Reporting to the Director of Estates, this individual will lead interior teams, establish consistent operating standards across properties, and ensure an impeccable experience for the Principals, their family, and guests.

We are seeking a sophisticated, hands-on hospitality professional with an intuitive understanding of silent, anticipatory service and an exceptional eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop interior housekeeping and hospitality teams.

• Implement standardized SOPs, service protocols, and operational systems across residences.

• Oversee daily household readiness, luxury interiors, wardrobe care, and travel preparation.

• Coordinate elevated dining, entertaining, guest experiences, and private events.

• Collaborate with Culinary, Childcare, Facilities, Security, and Executive Services teams.

• Maintain impeccable presentation, discretion, and personalized service standards.

Ideal Background

10+ years of progressive experience in UHNW private households, luxury hospitality, or superyachts. Former yacht and/or senior interior hospitality professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
