HOUSEMAN / HANDYMAN / DRIVER 

Pasadena, CA | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and special events as needed

A private executive household in Pasadena is seeking an experienced, polished, and hardworking Chauffeur/Houseman to support the principals and assist with the care and smooth operation of their properties.

The ideal candidate is a professional, service-oriented individual who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and understands the discretion and high level of service required in a private household. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable balancing professional driving responsibilities with a variety of household and property-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, professional, and discreet transportation for the principals and guests
• Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition and coordinate routine maintenance, servicing, fueling, and detailing
• Run personal and household errands, including shopping, deliveries, returns, and pickups
• Assist with general houseman and property-related duties
• Assist with setup and breakdown for household functions and weekend events
• Help ensure the residence, vehicles, and surrounding areas are maintained to a high standard
• Receive deliveries and assist with vendors and service providers as needed
• Anticipate the needs of the household and proactively assist wherever needed
• Travel to the family's other properties as required
• Work occasional evenings and weekends based on the family's schedule
• Maintain complete confidentiality and discretion regarding the principals, family, guests, and household

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chauffeur, Houseman, Estate Staff member, or in a comparable private-service role
• Excellent and safe driving skills with a clean driving record
• Strong, verifiable professional references
• Excellent knowledge of Los Angeles and surrounding areas
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
• Highly reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proactive, flexible, and willing to take initiative
• Ability to work independently while also taking direction
• Comfortable working around a high-profile/private household and maintaining strict confidentiality
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and events
• Willingness to travel to other properties as needed
