ESTATE / MAINTENANCE MANAGER 

Bel Air | Full Time

Private family is seeking an experienced and highly seasoned Estate / Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large private residence in Bel Air, with additional support of residences in Montecito and East Hampton.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, hands-on private service professional with significant experience managing luxury residences and supporting HNW/UHNW Principals. This individual will take ownership of the property, ensuring it is impeccably maintained, fully operational and principal-ready at all times.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all daily estate and household operations
• Manage and supervise household staff, schedules, payroll and performance
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, repairs and preventative maintenance
• Oversee property projects, renovations and capital improvements
• Manage household budgets, expenses, inventories and reporting
• Maintain household systems, SOPs, records and maintenance schedules
• Liaise with the Principals' global office and other household professionals
• Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization and property presentation
• Coordinate Principal and guest arrivals, ensuring seamless property readiness
• Provide support across the family's additional residences as required
• Handle special requests and ad hoc responsibilities with discretion and efficiency

Candidates must have proven experience managing high-end private residences, strong staff and vendor management skills, excellent administrative and communication abilities, and a solid understanding of property maintenance and smart-home systems.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, discreet and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage changing priorities calmly. Previous longevity in positions and excellent verifiable references are essential.

Valid, clean U.S. driver's license required. Local Los Angeles knowledge preferred. Must be comfortable around pets and flexible to travel between residences as needed.
