GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Process Control Distributor. They are seeking a Valve Applications Specialist in Springfield, MO and the Dallas-Fort-Worth area in Texas

REQUIREMENTS

- Hands-on experience with sanitary and hygienic valves is required - candidates with industrial valve experience only will not be considered unless paired with meaningful sanitary/hygienic exposure
- Ability to work across a wide range of valve types and manufacturers, handling complexity and shifting priorities simultaneously
- Strong technical communication skills - comfortable engaging directly with customers by phone to discuss valve applications and specifications
- High sense of urgency and responsiveness - this role moves fast and requires someone who follows through without letting items sit
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to make sound judgment calls in ambiguous situations
- Genuine curiosity and a drive to learn continuously in a technical, fast-paced environment
