GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Power Transmission Manufacturer. They are seeking a national Business Development Representative.

This organization has two openings, each aligned to a specific market focus:

- Gearbox and Heavy Duty Drive Systems - targeting the gearbox, heavy duty drive systems, off-highway, and construction equipment markets
- Fluid and High Speed Rotating Equipment - targeting pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment markets

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a business development or industrial sales role, with a hunter mentality and a track record of winning new business
- Background in bearings, power transmission components, or mechanically engineered products is strongly preferred
- Market-specific experience is key - candidates should align to one of the two focus areas: gearbox/heavy duty drive systems, or fluid/high speed rotating equipment
- Ability to travel nationally, with up to 50% overnight travel required
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate product value to engineering and procurement contacts
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, field-based role
