GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Hose and Fitting Distributor. They are seeking a General Manager in South Texas.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in the hose, coupling, and fitting industry or a closely adjacent industrial distribution segment
- Strong track record of sales success and commercial leadership - an "A player" profile with the ability to drive business development independently
- Experience owning and managing a branch-level P&L
- Demonstrated ability to lead both operations and sales/commercial teams simultaneously
- Familiarity with the South Texas or Gulf Coast industrial market preferred
- Experience with hose, fitting, coupling, or threaded product lines a plus
