GRS Recruiting has partnered with a Specialty Industrial Manufacturer. They are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline required; Master's degree in a related field is desirable
- Proven international sourcing experience is an absolute requirement, including the ability to travel internationally at least twice per year
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience leveraging ERP and supply chain systems
- Background in industrial manufacturing/machined components is a strong plus
- Solid communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and supplier partners
- CPM or CPIM certification is a plus; must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
