Inside Sales Representative – Greater Boston Area

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a privately owned, well-established industrial distributor to identify an Inside Sales Representative in the Greater Boston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join a stable company serving a diverse range of industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and web to provide quotes, technical support, and order updates

• Research product information and collaborate with manufacturing partners to deliver effective solutions

• Manage backorders and escalate customer needs to ensure on-time delivery and satisfaction

• Provide technical feedback and guidance to meet customer requirements

• Work with internal engineering and sales teams on project support and customer solutions

• Contribute to warehouse operations such as shipping, stocking, and receiving as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in industrial inside sales or customer service

• Knowledge of selling to MRO, OEM, or end-user markets

• Residence in the Boston area

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused approach

• Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product knowledge
