Key Accounts Manager - Valves

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a respected valve manufacturer seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role focuses on driving growth across the Eastern U.S., supporting both industrial and marine applications. The ideal candidate will bring an understanding of fluid power systems and a proven ability to build and manage customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the valve, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems markets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities within industrial automation and defense-related sectors.

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
