Job Title: Regional Sales (Mobile Hydraulics) Representative

Location: Midwest

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative specializing in Mobile Hydraulics for the Midwest region. The ideal candidate will have a background in Fluid Power and a proven track record of success in selling or working with hydraulic pumps, motors, filters, cylinders, hoses, fittings, valves, or related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and target key markets, including construction and material handling, OEM machine builders, and companies involved in the production of mobile equipment such as garbage trucks, dump truck bodies, balers, compactors, etc.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Utilize technical expertise to effectively communicate the value of the company's products to clients.
  • Travel within the territory as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and build a strong network.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Fluid Power, with a focus on hydraulic pumps, motors, filters, cylinders, hoses, fittings, valves, or related products.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to OEMs within the mobile equipment industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
