Cylinder Engineer – Minnesota

GRS Recruiting has partnered with a leading hydraulic cylinder manufacturer to identify a skilled Cylinder Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualize, and design mechanical components for new cylinder products.

• Develop and execute testing processes, including validation and prototype evaluation.

• Create and review technical drawings, models, and specifications using CAD software.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality assurance, and R&D.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide innovative solutions.

• Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure engineering requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

• Minimum of 3 years of related engineering experience.

• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in applied math, physics, and stress calculations.

• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical personnel, customers, and vendors.
