What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.

• Ability to excel in a General Manager role within a mid-sized or growth-stage organization.

• Proven track record of driving operational rigor and commercial outcomes simultaneously.

• Strong strategic thinking and financial acumen, with a hands-on leadership style that inspires trust and drives results.
