GRS is partnering with a leading industrial manufacturer and service provider in their search for a Sales Engineer covering a Midwest territory with most accounts based in Wisconsin. This field-based role focuses on managing established pulp and paper mill accounts while growing business as well.
What You’ll Do:
Represent a full suite of services and products—mechanical, diagnostics, and equipment restoration.
Own the sales process for assigned accounts; little to no cold calling.
Build strong relationships with plant teams and leadership.
Balance steady product sales with cyclical service opportunities.
What You Bring:
Experience in or selling to pulp & paper mills OR top-tier technical sales ability with fast learning capacity.
High technical aptitude and relationship-driven mindset.
Comfort with frequent regional travel and occasional weeklong outages.
