They are regarded as high-quality organization having constructed close to 60,000 homes, 13,000 multifamily units, and 24 million square feet of retail, office, and industrial space across California and Nevada.
The Candidate we are looking for will possess significant expertise in site selection, negotiations, contracting, due diligence, financial analysis, land-use entitlements, and land development, along with the capability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
We need a candidate that understands and has successful experience working multiple markets in Southern California.
This is not just a raw-land acquisition position. This candidate must be able to find opportunities where others cannot. Such as acquiring distressed shopping centers or office buildings for future development purposes. We are looking for an aggressive and, most importantly, strategic real estate acquisition mind that sees opportunity.
In this position, you will be located at the corporate office in the county of San Bernadino, California and will report directly to the Vice President and Managing Director of Land Acquisition.

NOT REMOTE/NOT HYBRID: This is a Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM office position based at the corporate office in the Inland Empire.
