Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong front-end focus — available at our Mesa, AZ, Chaska, MN, or Richmond, VA locations. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent on front-end development, with 20% on back-end work. You genuinely love building polished, intuitive UIs while staying capable of API integration and data layer work when needed.
Your initial focus will be a UI modernization effort on our Enterprise application — refactoring legacy interfaces into clean, responsive, component-based experiences.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead UI modernization of our Enterprise application — refactoring legacy views into clean, component-based interfaces
  • Build and maintain responsive, accessible web UIs using Angular
  • Own front-end architecture decisions: component design, state management, and styling systems
  • Partner with UX stakeholders to translate wireframes and requirements into polished experiences • Develop and maintain C# back-end services and APIs (~20% of role)
  • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery
  • Participate in Agile cycles and collaborate across engineering and operations teams

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years of software development experience with a clear front-end emphasis
  • Strong proficiency in Angular — you can own a component library, not just consume one
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, modern responsive design patterns, and component libraries (Angular Material, PrimeNG, or similar)
  • Demonstrated comfort using AI development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) as a productivity multiplier
  • Strong eye for UI detail — spacing, consistency, and polish matter to you • Effective communicator able to translate design intent into working software
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Eager to learn, improve, and grow within a manufacturing technology environment
  • Proficiency in C# and Microsoft SQL for back-end and data work
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) or design system implementation
  • Unit testing experience for front-end code (Jasmine, Karma, or equivalent) • Visual Studio 2022 / Visual Studio Code proficiency
  • Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or heat transfer industries
