Software Developer
Location: Mesa, AZ
Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Summary
We are seeking a Software Developer to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on full stack development. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, desktop application, working on both front-end and back-end components. You’ll support manufacturing efficiency through custom tools and ERP enhancements. You’ll collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Angular (front-end) and C# (back-end)
  • Maintenance and migration of legacy .Net Forms application.
  • Collaborate on scalable software architecture and conduct code reviews

Help develop the next phase of our design automation project, streamlining engineering workflows and reducing manual design time

  • Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews
  • Help implement testing and debugging processes
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies
  • Work closely with senior developers and technical leads
  • Create intranet-based tools to support manufacturing operations
  • Customize ERP features (dashboards, BPMs, BAQs, UI adjustments)
  • Participate in Agile development cycles and cross-functional team collaboration

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of software development experience
  • Proficiency in Angular, C#, and Microsoft SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  •  

Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate coding, debugging, and testing

  • Effective communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Visual Studio 2022 / Visual Studio Code
  • Unit testing and debugging experience
  • Experience with ERP systems or integration projects
  • Exposure to manufacturing or heat transfer industries
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks
  •  

Curiosity or passion for 3D modeling and parametric design
