The Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive HRBP Consultant to join our team in a full-time remote role. In this position, you will provide strategic HR advisory services, support workforce planning, enhance employee relations, and help clients navigate complex HR challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and effective communication to drive positive business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver expert HR consulting services, including employee relations, organizational design, and benefit plan guidance
  • Assist clients with workforce planning, talent management, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Provide guidance on compliance with labor laws, regulations, HR standards, and benefit plan administration
  • Support change management and employee engagement efforts
  • Collaborate closely with client leadership to identify HR risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact for HR initiatives
  • Analyze HR data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance HR capabilities

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in HR consulting or senior HR roles
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, HR best practices, and employee benefit programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships effectively
  • Advanced relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence, build trust, and maintain strong partnerships with clients and internal teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
  • Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred

Pay Range (where required by law):
For roles posted in states that require it, we provide a pay range to help you decide if this opportunity is a fit. For this position, the hourly range is $40
$75 per hour (actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and specific state/local requirements).
