  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives on employee relations, complex HR challenges, and risk mitigation
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across the organization, fostering trust, alignment, and accountability
  • If applicable, support M&A-related human capital initiatives, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-transaction alignment

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience at a senior or executive level, leading people strategy, HR operations, or HCM functions
  • Proven ability to advise C-level executives and influence complex business decisions
  • Strong understanding of HR systems, payroll operations, and organizational design
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
  • Advanced relationship management and de-escalation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in compliance, workforce planning, benefits strategy, and HR program optimization
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
  • Professional certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PMP) are a plus
  • Experience with M&A, divestitures, or private equity-backed transactions is a plus
