  • Utilize verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution skills to navigate challenging client or team interactions
  • Operate effectively in a remote work environment while coordinating with hybrid and on-site teams

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in HCM or payroll systems, HRIS, and data-focused roles
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data integrity, reporting, and actionable insights
  • Hands-on experience with HCM system configuration, module implementation, and process optimization
  • Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system or data issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and strong partnerships with clients and vendors
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, verbal de-escalation, and managing high-pressure situations while maintaining stakeholder alignment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and data workflows simultaneously
  • Experience with private equity or M&A integration projects is a plus
