The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Tax Consultant to support clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional payroll tax needs. In this remote, full-time role, you will focus on payroll tax compliance across all 50 states, including account registrations, audits, amendments, and validations. You will play a critical role in guiding clients through transitions such as PEO exits and ensuring accurate, compliant tax setup and filings.
This role is ideal for a payroll tax professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, excels at setting clear expectations, and maintains consistent communication while navigating complex compliance challenges with accuracy and professionalism.

Pay Range (where required by law):
For roles posted in states that require it, we provide a pay range to help you decide if this opportunity is a fit. For this position, the hourly range is $50 – $75 per hour (actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and specific state/local requirements).
