The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Lyric Implementation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll take the lead on end-to-end implementation of Lyric software solutions, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional client experience. This is a remote, full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage all phases of Lyric implementation projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Ensure smooth software deployment and data integration
  • Drive communication between stakeholders to align on goals and expectations
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Foster strong client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and success

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in software implementation, preferably within ADP Lyric HCM.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Advanced relationship management skills, including the ability to influence, align, and maintain strong partnerships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Skilled in de-escalation and conflict resolution, with the ability to navigate challenging situations, manage expectations, and drive productive outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to create structure, clarity, and alignment across multiple stakeholders in complex, fast-moving environments
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving settings
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) is a plus

Pay Range (where required by law):

For roles posted in states that require it, we provide a pay range to help you decide if this opportunity is a fit. For this position, the hourly range is $70$100 per hour (actual pay will be based on experience, skills, and specific state/local requirements).
