The Opportunity

Our consultants work closely with client leadership and project stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives, manage project execution, and ensure alignment across teams throughout the lifecycle of an engagement. This includes facilitating stakeholder collaboration, managing project plans and deliverables, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing practical recommendations that support successful implementation and long-term operational effectiveness. We value professionals who are comfortable operating in dynamic client environments, can quickly build credibility with stakeholders, and bring a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to project delivery. Our work often requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
Preferred experience and qualifications:- 10+ years of experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting complex client projects or consulting engagements
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Experience supporting organizational change, operational improvements, or business process transformation
- Professional certifications or advanced education in project management, HR, or related disciplines are highly valued EnhanceHCM partners with organizations across industries to support people-focused initiatives that drive operational success. Pay Range (where required by law):
For roles posted in states that require it, we provide a pay range to help you decide if this opportunity is a fit. The hourly range is $30 – $100 per hour (actual pay will be based on role, experience, skills, and specific state/local requirements).
