Role Overview
Seeking a Vice President, Strategic Finance to own FP&A, financial reporting, and strategic initiatives. This high-impact role plays a critical part in shaping the financial and investment strategy and in executing and measuring progress against strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, executive-level thought partner with strong business acumen and a track record of driving process improvements at scale. This person thrives with a strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability is essential.

This role reports to the Global Head of Finance and is based in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic thought leadership and analysis on business performance, strategic investments, and financial forecasts to senior leadership and the Board of Directors

• Own, refine, and execute annual budgeting, long-term financial planning, and forecasting processes across all financial metrics to give leadership visibility into growth and performance

• Support M&A, joint ventures, and partnerships through opportunity identification, assessment, and transaction execution

• Drive and refine financial reporting, including the quarterly board reporting package and development of weekly/monthly financial and operational metrics by division and company-wide

• Provide strong ad hoc financial and business decision support across revenue and strategic initiatives, ROI analyses, and other projects

• Build out, analyze, and communicate the results of strategic initiatives, articulating their impact on the overall business

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to establish new processes and reporting standards

• Identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business through strategic analysis

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined experience in investment banking or financial planning and analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business field

• CPA Required

• Experience working in SaaS or a recurring revenue business

• Strong understanding of key business performance drivers and associated KPIs

• High proficiency in financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and data visualization

• Experience implementing budgeting and reporting tools strongly preferred

• Highest standards of accuracy and precision

• A strategic leader with an ownership mentality, comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-changing environment

• Demonstrated experience independently identifying and driving process improvements
