• Break down operating results and deliver sharp, insight‑driven variance analysis
• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with precision and creativity
• Track and report key software metrics + KPIs that drive our business forward
• Build components of quarterly business reviews and executive‑level reporting
• Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and cost optimization

�� What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands‑on finance or FP&A experience
• A sharp analytical mindset and strong problem‑solving instincts
• Expert‑level Excel and comfort with financial modeling
• Experience with SAP BPC (or similar tools) is a big plus
