We're Hiring: Accounting Manager– Pharmaceutical Industry

We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team and consolidations to ensure SEC compliance. If you’re a dynamic financial leader ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee accounting team and consolidated financial statements.
• Partner with SEC Reporting team for annual and quarterly filings.
• Ensure GAAP, SOX, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, treasury and legal teams.
• Develop and mentor an accounting team in a high-growth environment.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required)
• Big 4 Public/Private industry experience preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 1+ years in leadership
• Strong background in SEC reporting, GAAP, and SOX compliance
