We're Hiring: Controller – Rapidly Growing Company

We're looking for an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting functions and ensure SEC compliance. If you’re a dynamic financial leader ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Lead SEC reporting processes (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Ensure GAAP, SOX, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and legal teams.
• Provide strategic financial insights and analysis.
• Develop and mentor an accounting team in a high-growth environment.
• Assist in M&A activities and financial integrations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required).
• 6+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong background in SEC reporting, GAAP, and SOX compliance.
• Experience in a publicly traded company.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
