Location: Seaside, California
Work Arrangement: Full-time, fully onsite
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizenship required
Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance required

Position Overview

Davis Strategic Innovations, Inc. (DSI) is seeking a Program Analyst to provide onsite program-management support toa technical Department of Defense program in Seaside, California.

This position supports the coordination and execution of activities across a technical Department of Defense program. The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, technical personnel, and internal and external stakeholders. This role requires someone who is organized, professional, comfortable working with technical information, and able to communicate effectively with individuals at multiple levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

The Program Analyst will:

  • Participate in weekly status meetings, change review board meetings, software design reviews, short-term planning meetings, and quarterly configuration control board meetings.
  • Assist with data-quality projects and other initiatives defined by the Program Manager.
  • Support coordination among program leadership, technical teams, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and comprehend technical literature, program information, and supporting documentation.
  • Communicate program information clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Help maintain effective communication and follow-through across assigned program activities.
  • Organize information and priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Build productive working relationships with personnel at various levels of management.
  • Perform other program-support duties as assigned by the Program Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution.
  • At least one year of related professional experience; two to four years is preferred.
  • Experience supporting a technical DoD program, such as an information technology, help desk, software, or other technology-based program.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent verbal communication, writing, organization, and comprehension skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Ability to interact professionally with internal and external personnel at multiple levels of management.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Ability to work fully onsite in Seaside, California.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting DMDC.
  • Experience working within a program management office.
  • Experience supporting DoD enterprise systems.
