Experience: 8–10 years
Role Summary
Drive delivery execution across nearshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment,
velocity, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage sprint planning, execution, and reporting
• Coordinate between nearshore and offshore teams
• Track KPIs (velocity, defects, MTTR, etc.)
• Ensure smooth transition from incumbent vendor
• Manage risks and dependencies
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Agile / Scrum delivery
• Experience managing distributed teams
• Stakeholder communication
• Delivery tracking and reporting
Nice to Have
• Experience in large-scale modernization programs
• Exposure to AI-driven delivery environments
