Engineering Lead / Solution ArchitectContract

Experience: 10+ years
Role Summary
Lead modernization of legacy VB.NET systems into a modern Microsoft stack, while guiding AI-driven SDLC adoption and ensuring architectural integrity.
Key Responsibilities
• Define target architecture (.NET Core, APIs, cloud-native)
• Lead legacy system decomposition and modernization strategy
• Drive AI adoption across development lifecycle
• Own technical decision-making and governance
• Interface with client stakeholders (architecture + delivery)
Required Skills
• Strong experience in .NET Framework → .NET Core migration
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core, APIs, microservices
• Experience with Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL, DevOps)
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development (Copilot, LLM workflows)
• Strong system design and legacy transformation experience
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI-driven SDLC frameworks
