Context and purpose

A senior, high‑agency BA/consultant to lead business process re‑engineering and intelligent automation work.

Profile we’re looking for

· Senior BA / internal consulting profile with strong business process re‑engineering experience, not a junior “ticket taker.”

· High‑agency, outcomes‑oriented: comfortable spotting friction, proposing changes, and driving to measurable impact (time saved, smoother handoffs, reduced error rates).

· Hands‑on experience designing and running workflow automations for real business processes (not just side projects), ideally across multiple tools and systems.

· Comfortable working with LLM‑backed workflows (classification/triage, content generation, copilots) and their limitations, including when to keep a human in the loop.

· Experience operating in a governed enterprise environment (access controls, data classification, auditability) and partnering with security/IT to get solutions approved.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills with operations, product, support, and technical teams; able to explain trade‑offs (latency vs. accuracy vs. cost; custom build vs. off‑the‑shelf) in plain language.

· Ideally, some familiarity with platforms like Databricks, Glean, Atlassian, Slack, etc., but more generally process and automation experience with AI.
