Job Description
Business Analyst 3 (1624R)Austin, TX (Hybrid- Position will be 2 days remote with 3 days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.)

Required
8 Years - Project Management
8 Years - Managing enterprise scale data management projects.
8 Years - Managing agile projects at state or federal government agencies or similar
8 Years - Business Analysis
Preferred
5 Years - Knowledge and experience with common project management systems like Jira
5 Years - Quality Assurance
5 Years - Data Analysis
3 Years - Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred.
1 Year - Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or other Agile-related certifications
