Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Adobe RTCDP Operations Analyst to manage and optimize day-to-day operations within Adobe’s Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CDP platforms and a solid understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including integrations with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, and Databricks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day system configuration, administration, and maintenance of Adobe RTCDP
Define, build, and manage audience segments for targeted marketing campaigns
Handle integrations with external systems and ensure smooth data flow across platforms
Perform data analysis and generate actionable insights to support business decisions
Troubleshoot system issues and resolve platform-related challenges
Support internal stakeholders with audience definition, campaign setup, and automation workflows
Configure and manage orchestration activities within the CDP environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on CDP, Marketo, Salesforce, Databricks, and other digital marketing tools
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Information Technology
4+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe tools (including Adobe Acrobat and Adobe RTCDP)
Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) in an operational capacity
Strong understanding of integrations between CDP, Marketo, and Salesforce
Experience with data analysis, segmentation, and campaign execution
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with digital marketing platforms and customer journey orchestration
Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM ecosystems
