Job Description:
Extensive experience overseeing the full AI Model Lifecycle from training on massive LLMs and unlabeled datasets to monitoring for performance drift in production while ensuring compressed data maintains Integrity and Security while adhering to compliance standards like GDPR; experience working towards Artificial Superintelligence and/or AGI type capabilities a plus
Expertise in Neural Architecture Design - Autoencoders and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs) specifically for compression that use learned analysis and synthesis transformations
Strong foundational understanding of mathematical, statistical and predictive modeling, physics, linear algebra & calculus
Proficiency in Autoregressive Models and probabilistic entropy modeling to predict data distributions
Skilled in using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) for hyper-compression, where the AI "re-imagines" textures or details rather than storing them exactly as-is
Mastery of Pruning, Quantization, and Knowledge Distillation to ensure the compression models themselves are small enough to run on edge devices
Understanding of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow for building complex architectures like CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers
