Role Overview
We are seeking a cost-effective technical writer who can quickly absorb domain knowledge and support documentation needs for industrial IoT products. The role includes creating user guides, quick reference guides, installation manuals, and support documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product documentation (User Guides, Quick Start Guides, Installation Manuals).
Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, user-friendly instructions.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
Maintain documentation standards and version control.
Support release cycles with updated technical materials.
Qualifications
3+ years technical writing experience (industrial electronics preferred).
Ability to understand embedded systems, measurement devices, and connectivity concepts.
Strong editing and document structuring skills.
Experience with documentation tools (MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar).
Ability to manage multiple product documentation streams simultaneously.
