Senior Hardware (Electronics) Engineer – Analog & IoT Connectivity (Project-Based)

Role Overview
We are seeking a senior electronics engineer with deep analog measurement expertise and IoT connectivity experience to design and validate next-generation industrial IoT devices. This role is critical in ensuring measurement accuracy, regulatory compliance, and network reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Design precision analog front ends for voltage/current measurement systems.
Develop low-noise, high-accuracy signal conditioning circuits.
Lead PCB design reviews (mixed-signal, low-power design).
Integrate cellular (LTE-M, NB-IoT) and satellite communication modules.
Perform EMI/EMC design validation and environmental qualification.
Drive DFM, DFT, and regulatory readiness (FCC, PTCRB, carrier certifications).
Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams for system optimization.
Qualifications
8+ years of analog/mixed-signal circuit design experience.
Expertise in ADC/DAC integration, precision amplifiers, and power management.
Experience designing low-cost IoT hardware for volume production.
Knowledge of cellular and/or satellite certification processes.
Strong lab debugging and validation skills.
