Senior Flutter talent who can go far beyond standard app development to create innovative cross-platform, AI-driven, healthcare-ready experiences that set a new benchmark for what Flutter can do beyond standard app development in the oncology/medtech space.
Job Description:
Flutter engineers who can demonstrate the ability to push the boundaries of the framework and deliver enterprise-grade healthcare digital products and solutions.
• Build AI-driven interfaces: Pairing Flutter with TensorFlow Lite or Google ML Kit to deliver on-device health insights.
• Generative UI Expertise : Creating adaptive layouts that shift intelligently for different users—clinicians, patients, or researchers.
• Flutter on Web & Desktop: Extending beyond mobile to deliver seamless cross-channel experiences across apps, portals, and dashboards.
• Integration with health stacks: Building connectivity with FHIR APIs, Google Health Cloud, and Salesforce Health Cloud. Immersive features: Leveraging AR/VR plugins within Flutter for interactive oncology education training.
• Scalable architectures: Using state management patterns to ensure systems are robust and easy to maintain.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience with Flutter and Dart, including multi-platform builds (mobile, web, and desktop).
• Deep knowledge of state management frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML (TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit).
• Familiarity with health tech standards, FHIR, HIPAA, & data privacy best practices.
• Experience working with cloud-native backends (Firebase, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Bonus skills: AR/VR development, streaming APIs, or real-time data visualization.
