Key Responsibilities
• Design high-impact graphics for social media platforms including LinkedIn and X, using AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation and execution
• Create visually compelling assets for digital campaigns, email marketing and online advertising that drive engagement and reinforce brand messaging
• Develop print-ready designs for brochures, flyers, posters and other collateral with precision and creativity
• Produce digital assets for presentations, PDFs and downloadable content that elevate storytelling and user experience
• Design visual elements for the company website including banners, icons, illustrations and interactive graphics, optimized for performance and brand impact
• Collaborate with web, content and campaign teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all channels
• Create branded assets for event booths, signage and promotional displays that stand out and leave a lasting impression
• Apply design principles that resonate with US and EU audiences, including cultural and aesthetic preferences, while maintaining brand integrity
• Use AI-powered design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Figma plugins) to streamline workflows, generate variations and enhance creative output
• Stay current with global design trends, especially those involving generative AI, motion design and interactive media
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment, while pushing creative boundaries to make the brand feel fresh, modern and engaging
• Contribute to marketing goals by designing assets that support lead generation, campaign performance and audience engagement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing fresh ideas and a collaborative spirit to the team
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design across digital and print media
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging, brand-reinforcing work for US and EU markets
• A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled design tools and workflows
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution Preferred
Qualifications
• Experience in a high-tech, engineering, or digital services environment
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma and other collaborative design platforms
• Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or interactive design tools
• Understanding of brand systems, visual identity frameworks and campaign design strategy
