Business Analyst 3 (5017)Remote (Austin, Texas - With the option to work remotely up to 80% of the time)
8 Months Contract
CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:

Required Skills:
8 Years - Eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements documents
8 Years - Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
8 Years - Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement
8 Years - Development of user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
8 Years - Designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
5 Years - Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
5 Years - Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Preferred Skills:
3 Years - Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
3 Years - Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
2 Years - Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
