Looking for a candidate to conduct a comprehensive review of The Indian Highway Safety Program components, assess current processes and performance, and identify gaps or areas for improvement. The consultant will provide industry best practices, develop and/or refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance program efficiency, compliance, and overall effectiveness. The objective is to strengthen program management, ensure alignment with applicable federal requirements, and support consistent implementation across the organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and at least 6 years of experience
Consultants apply their skills in such areas as systems development, knowledge of business processes, technical background or supervisory capacity to implement business solutions. For example, Consultants may perform tasks such as

• Develop functional and technical information system designs
• Supervise business integration analysts in the development of software designs, computer programming, system testing or training curricula
• Lead business process redesign teams in the development of new business process architectures
• Design training programs for information systems users
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure work complies with specified standards
• Develop teamwork plans
• Perform workflow analyses
• Design and managing databases
• Define information systems requirements
• Assist in project budget preparation
