Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager at Centurion plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy relationships with the client and our associates. The SDM will function as the bridge between the client and our operational delivery teams, and the SDM will serve as the face of Centurion’s service team to the client and the central point of contact for Centurion’s associates. Local to NoVA/Frederick, MD preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Able to build relationship and rapport with Client and Managed Service Providers (MSP) via regular phone contact and limited face to face meetings or directly with clients. Indicator of advanced relationship is ability to regular obtain heads up on requirements.
  • Perform a variety of administrative and logistical tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance
  • Responsible for responding to issues, questions, and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate deliver high quality service to the client and associates by matching the skills of associates to client needs
  • Provide account management and service delivery support to client
  • Prospecting to identify any available opportunities within the client
  • Coordinate with recruiting team on open requirements from clients
  • Prioritize high volume of requirements and ensure requirements fulfillment
  • Review the searching criteria in TrackerRMS (ATS), and if required, provide guidance to correct the criteria, industry experience, knowledge, skills set, etc.
  • Monitor the recruiting cycle to ensure high quality candidates are submitted in a timely manner to meet the client SLA requirement and meet or exceed the company internal Gross Margin and headcount targets
  • Act as a backup to recruiting team lead
  • Establish and grow relationships with key client contributors such as Hiring Managers, Procurement, Managed Service Providers (MSP) with the client
  • Generate revenue and gross profit through building good relationships with hiring managers with the client
  • Maximize market share with client
  • Able to multi-task among high volume of transactions; Able to leverage different resources and prioritize requirements to ensure timely and quality submission; demonstrate high energy in tackling delivery goals
  • Coordinate with Client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding
  • Assist recruiters to source and recruit hard-to-fill requirements.
  • Review submittals from lead or other recruiters, communicate with candidates or conduct second interview when necessary.
  • Approve candidates for submittals to client, may approve all candidates or spot check quality.
  • Anticipates customer questions; Prompt in responding to questions/request from client managers, proactive communicator
  • Stay abreast of external industry development and understand their potential impact on business
  • Ensure company’s top supplier ranking with the client
  • Daily Sales / Recruiting Meeting: Gross Margin Run Rate vs. Targets, Headcount targets, status of each active requirement.
  • Governance for each requirement: Submission, Interview, Offer, Starts, No show, Issues/Solutions
  • Manage Daily the TrackerRMS (ATS) reports: Submittal metrics, Open jobs with no activity, Job activity summary and details, Hires report, Employee report
  • Other responsibilities and duties as required and assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a client facing role
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
  • Problem solving mentality
  • Prior Recruiting experience
  • Good understanding of Client business and requirements
  • Good understanding of requirement fulfillment cycle
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to collaborate and function in a multi-department sales organization
  • Strong networking and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Position Details

  • Clearance: Able to obtain a DoD/DHS clearance
  • US Citizenship required
  • Travel: < 10% (CONUS)
